Dear RWE Collaborative SIG Members,
We are excited to announce the opportunity to submit your ideas for a symposium or workshop proposal to be endorsed by the RWE Collaborative SIG for the ISPE Annual Meeting 2025, taking place in Washington, DC.
Only one abstract will be selected for endorsement through a SIG member voting and leadership review process. Below are the instructions and timeline for the selection process:
Submission Deadline: Please submit your proposals by January 20, 2025 using the following link:

SIG Leadership Review: The SIG Leadership Team will review all submissions on January 22, 2025, and preselect up to five abstracts.
Presentation of Preselected Abstracts: Representatives of the preselected abstracts will present their ideas to SIG members during a meeting on February 3, 2025.
Voting: SIG members will be invited to vote between February 3–9, 2025, to select the final abstract for endorsement.
To submit your proposal, please fill out the attached form by the submission deadline. Ensure your proposal aligns with the RWE Collaborative SIG’s mission and includes details such as the type of abstract (workshop/symposium), title, background, objectives, and topics to be presented/potential presenters. If you already have an abstract ready for review, you may also attach it to the form.
