Thank you very much for raising this important concern.
You are right that the voting form itself does not require an ISPE login. Given the current technical setup, the form is hosted outside the ISPE platform, so we are not able to require ISPE account authentication directly through the form. The voting link was shared through RWE Collaborative SIG communication channels, including ISPE Exchange, where members must be part of the SIG to view the message, but the external form itself cannot enforce ISPE login.
We discussed this concern among the SIG leadership team and agree that it is important to ensure the voting process remains legitimate and limited to eligible ISPE/RWE Collaborative SIG members. Since we cannot fully prevent this issue on the front end due to the technical limitation, we will address it during the vote-counting process.
After voting closes, we will review the names and email addresses submitted through the form and verify them against the ISPE/RWE Collaborative SIG member contact list before finalizing the results. Any duplicate or ineligible responses will be excluded from the final count.

Hi Tien,
First I want to thank you for your service to ISPE. We all juggle many hats and those who find the time to squeeze in ISPE service deserve a special round of recognition.
I wanted to point out that I was able to vote using this link, without any other confirmation or login. (I did click that I was a member of the SIG, but that's because I am.) I expect you will filter out people who are not ISPE members (unfortunate but necessary, I expect) but there's nothing to prevent anyone on the internet from going to this link, adding a name and voting.
Is it possible to at least require people to be logged in to their ISPE account?
