Bio

I graduated internal medicine residency from Rutgers-RWJ Internal Medicine Program in July 2020 and have since started as a post-doctoral fellow in cancer pharmacoepidemiology at Rutgers Center for Pharmacoepidemiology and Treatment Science. My professional interests are to use my clinical experiences with patients to guide my research in pharmacoepidemiology, while conversely utilizing my research to provide and advocate better care to patients.  In particular, my focus within pharmacoepidemiology is on cancer therapeutics/devices and aspires to include the following: assessing the effectiveness and adverse events of cancer treatment; constructing and utilizing databases of individuals with cancer; and evaluating and advocating for local, national, and international health policies.
