    Mission statement: Promote training in RWE methods to ISPE and non-ISPE members and key external stakeholders, in collaboration with the Education Committee.

      3. RWE Expert Review Database (Yasser/Aziza/CTR/Membership Comm)

    • ACTION: Survey to develop list of data elements for database 
          1. What information would journals like to see?
          2. Names, emails, affiliation(s), personal classifications
    • ACTION: Reach out to one journal to figure out how to optimise and whether there is any interest
    • First stops: Lancet HIV and BMJ
    • Develop standard language to send to these journals
          1. If journals seem keen…. Then survey
            1. Include tick box acknowledgement that you can contact Amy to be removed from ISPE list, but you would need to contact journal directly to be removed from their rosters.
            2. If we have a list of journals who agree, then we can include selection of journals 
            3. Amy can create survey
          2. Future: checkbox on ISPE profiles? During conference sign up?
          3. How to access the data? Amy manages data 
        1. COVID-19 RWE Textbook/Resource (CTR/Josh) 
          1. Draft outline of Chapter 2 in production
          2. Once outline completed, will be reviewed with this group and people will have opportunity to contribute to sub-sections. 
          3. ISPE taking a larger editorial role in the entire RWE Resource
          4. Reviewed outline of entire textbook, ISPE role, and Chapter 2
      • ACTION: Yasser suggested Ch 1 have discussion about checking/validating quality of RWD. CTR/Josh to propose this to Ch 1 authors.
      • ACTION: CTR and Josh to finalise outline for Ch 2.
      • Webinars (Josh/Aziza/Marie/Tatiane/Hu/Yasser/Education Comm)
      • ACTION: JG add the webinar details to the larger TF webinar plans, promote to outside groups
      • ACTION: Call for 9am EDT on Monday 14 June :) 
          1. RECORD-PE translation update (Tatiane)
            1. Translating to Portuguese completed
            2. ISPE approved translation
            3. Currently being translated before sent to back translators at Equator UK
            4. Intended deadline: 31 Dec 2021
          2. Systematic review of COVID-19 RWE (Tatiane/C19 subgroup)
            1. Assesses outcomes and methods of C19 evidence
            2. First version of protocol drafted
            3. Goal: identify gaps in literature 
            4. Protocol has been published
            5. Discussing eligibility criteria 
            6. Intended deadline: 31 Dec 2021
        • ACTION: Contact Tatiane if you would like to participate/Tatiane to email protocol to those who wish to participate
